For Windows users, the Digital Yacht AIS400 AIS-receiver is shipped with a ProAIS software CD that allows the Digital Yacht AIS400 AIS-receiver to be configured and tested after installation.
A unique feature of the Digital Yacht AIS400 AIS-receiver, is that it can be upgraded to a full AIS Class B Transponder (AIT1000). This represents a great upgrade path for customers that wish to try AIS for the first time but do not want to initially commit to the more expensive full transponder solution.
